Mastopexy Augmentation Revision & Tummy Tuck

This patient had a previous subglandular augmentation that developed capsules (hardness).  She wanted a lift and slightly smaller breasts. Also she felt her arelolas were large after breast feeding.  We did a revision of her augmentation and put the 270 cc implants under the muscle, then completed a periareolar mastopexy.  She also had an abdominoplasty/tummy tuck.  This operation is often referred to as the mommy maker over. The results are quite dramatic. Patient’s need to have adequate recovery time to heal both the breast and the abdomen.  Plan on 3 weeks off from work and about 4 to 6 weeks from vigorous exercise.
