44 year old patient. She did breast feed. Patient is a slender perwomen with small breast and lots of extra skin causing droopiness (breast ptosis grade 2). Mastopexy was performed, with skin removal but NO removal of her breast tissue. She is perky and happy B cup. Photo was taken at 6 months after surgery so the scars are still healing. In time, the scars will fade, but will take 2 to 3 years. In patients with abnormally red or thick mastopexy or augmentation breast scars we can now use lasers to reduce the color and help the scars flatten.
